Welcome to the 106th Thropton show which will be held on Saturday 16th September 2023
Thropton Show is the perfect day out for the whole family, with so much to see and do there is something for everyone. There are horticultural, and industrial classes for you to enter, lots of trade stands for you to browse plus plenty of other entertainment throughout the day.
Please note we are cash only on the day.
The fell race route will be from the show ground - across the River Coquet - Great Tosson - Chester Hope to High Point of Simonside and return. This is approximately 6 miles. All runners must pay to enter the race. £3 for members of NFA and £5 for non members. This starts at 2pm.

CAR PARK, ENTRY & LOCATION
The car park is free. We have disabled parking on showfield which is restricted to badge holders only.
Showfield opens at 12 noon.
Admission £4.00 - Under 16's £1.00

SHOW TENT
The price per entry in the show tent remains at 50p (kids entries are still free) and the prize money for each category remains the same as last show day. Once again we will be having a bouncy castle for kids to enjoy, together with our usual field events.
The committee have listened to feedback from 2022's show and are busy updating categories for 2023's entries.
Please ensure winning trophies from last year are handed back to the committee no later than 12 noon on show day.
